This policy explains what happens to information when you use Mortgage Ledger ("this site," "we," "us"). We've kept the calculator itself simple, and we've tried to keep this explanation just as simple.

The calculator itself collects nothing

Every figure you type into the calculator — loan amount, rate, term, extra payments — is processed entirely inside your own browser, using JavaScript running on your device. None of it is sent to a server, logged, or stored anywhere. Closing or refreshing the page erases it completely.

Advertising and cookies

This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, and to measure how ads perform. This is standard practice across sites that use AdSense, not something specific to how this calculator works.
